9. Automatic Reject with Counter Reject Control
Automatic reject with counter reject control;
Reject products are marked by the operator by breaking a sensor curtain; position of a faulty product is then memorised by the PLC and rejection is effected via a PLC controlled reject system.
Note: A buzzer provides an audible signal once a product has been marked for rejection.:
Rejection of faulty products by means of a reject deflector in the outfeed star wheel. The deflector is powered by an electromagnetic drive.
Through the reject channel the outfeed star wheel then feeds the reject products on a reject collection tray for further removal by operation personnel
